• Fave voucher is not an admission ticket to Sunway Lost World.
• Fave voucher must be redeemed through Zeenath Tour in order to receive an e-ticket to the attraction.

• Customers must utilise the E-Ticket within the validity period stated on the E-Ticket.

How to redeem Fave voucher?

• Minimum 3 days reservation required.
• Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.

• Email [email protected] for booking to claim your E-ticket with:

  • Name
  • Date of reservation
  • Nationality
  • Fave voucher code (refer to redemption page)
  • Contact number
• You will receive a confirmation email and E-Ticket from Zeenath Tour within 2 working days.
• Customers must produce E-Ticket together with original, MyKad / MyKid / Passport at Sunway Lost World of Tambun ticketing counter, upon wristband redemption.

How to redeem E-Ticket from Zeenath Tour?

• After emailing Zeenath Tour with Fave voucher details, you will receive an E-Ticket within 2 working days.
• Present E-Ticket from Zeeenath Tour and primary traveller’s IC at Sunway Lost World of Tambun counter for verification purposes upon redemption.
